A&T Group Interiors has completed the full interior fit-out for Cloud Spaces’ newest branch at ROSHN Front, marking the coworking brand’s expansion into the KSA. Spanning 25,000 sq ft, the project introduces a thoughtfully designed workspace that combines functional office environments with a warm, hospitality-inspired atmosphere.

The design reflects a modern approach characterized by soft architectural forms, natural materials, and a cohesive neutral palette. Light oak flooring runs throughout the space, complemented by vertical timber slats, natural stone finishes, and subtle brass accents. Curved architectural details and sculptural elements add depth and softness to the interiors, creating an environment that balances professionalism with comfort.
Key features include a striking stone reception desk paired with a backlit feature wall, setting a strong visual identity upon arrival. The vibrant Oxygen Bar café hub serves as a central social space, fostering connection and collaboration.

Open-plan workstations are positioned to maximize natural daylight, while distinctive live-edge timber conference tables define meeting rooms. Custom-designed cylindrical work pods provide semi-private spaces for focused work within the larger open-plan layout.

Biophilic design elements are integrated throughout space, with greenery layered across different zones to enhance the overall sense of well-being. The interiors also extend to an outdoor terrace, creating seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments.
The project reflects A&T Group Interiors’ ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, brand-led workspaces that support modern ways of working across the KSA.
